I dont know its only with me or u also feel this,

There r v v few movies whose sequels r better then the first 1, most of the sequels r based on da pattern of the first movie.

I did not enjoy spiderman2, Mummy2 etc etc .

Now its Resident evil 2, i realy liked the 1 part, but according to the trailer of da movie seem like same tishum tisum movie .

It has always been like that. There should not be any sequel for most of the movies; they should be left alone like that. Most of the sequels are overdone. Although they may suck, but they deliver what the film company demands. Good crowd in theatres.

I think that only the original movie deserves to be watched. (unless its a movie like LOTR)

However, some sequels turn up to be better than the first movie... Like Godfather 2 for instance.

and that....sequels always make more than the first movie. Regardless of wheather its good or bad.

Ya Spock no doubt godfather 2 was a good movie even T2 was also better then the T1, but if we c to the average most of them sucks.
