Alright guppies,

here we can discuss the movies which DON’T have a sequel and the movies which HAVE a sequel

  1. Were they a hit or miss
  2. I wish it had a sequel
  3. I wish it never had a sequel

My first movie submission is The Unborn… fairly good time pass and YES i wish it had a sequel…

Pirates of the caribbean Series have sequel

sequels are just cash cows for the big studios -- there's usually little innovation in terms of character development, storyline etc. and they typically make for dumb cinema...

though one sequel I am anticipating is the third installment in the Harold and Kumar series

SALT sequel has already been proposed and planned .. lets see when will it be rolled out

The Matrix .. I wish it didn't have a sequel .. :|

I second that. The Matrix alone would have been legendary. But they ruined the plot by dragging and trying to explain every single dumb thing.

But for me worst sequel is Ocean's Twelve, hands down. No question about it.

Well…most of the movies I love have sequels :chupki:

I wish they had not made a sequel to Grease!!! Totally wrecked it :smack:

I also did'nt enjoyed the sequel of Species

The Mummy - Return of Mummy were some what interesting

Usually the Horror Sequel movies suck

i Remember the movie with Chukky did'nt seam to link at all

YUp....I hate the whole saw franchise.....too gruesome for my tastes....

I liked The grudge 1 & 2..wish they had not made the rest....the Ring 1 & 2 is good too

oh yeah!!! forgot that one, American Pie yuckkkkkkkkkkkk i hate the theme and each and every sequel of it…

and Scream sequels… uffff kitna faltoo paisa aur waqt hota hai logoun kay paas :smack:

I agree with Matrix not needing sequels. I haven't seen the second or third film for that reason.
The Godfather, Alien, and Terminator all have decent sequels.
