its the difference in our currency, and its true for most US-based retailers not just sephora. if you buy in US and ship to canada, then you have to pay for shipping and possibly duties at the border too. it'll probably work out to be the same.
apparently shipping is free for anything purchased above $50 for US orders and $120 canadian orders.....so ya i guess customs is killing them :( I would have liked to have a choice to pay $50 US and then shipping charges....but they are being so sneaky :D
