I am going to wait for the Friends & Family sale to get the 20%. Plus, I'm saving for Hakuhodo brushes so I'm on a no-buy. I plan to get Hourglass eyeshadow duos as well as the Givenchy Poppy blush.

F&F is usually after the Summer but it can be later in the fall as well. And nope, you don't need to be an employee, just be registered as a VIB on the Sephora site and they send an email with a code you can use in-store or online.
