Will some one please help me for setting up “Sent Item” folder in PM system? Every message I have sent seems to be lost and not recorded in sent items. Thanks.

you can see the settings tab on upper right hand corner of the browser just next to logout, click on that and general settings, private messaging and then sent private messages. You can save a copy from there.

In addition to what Ali said, go to General Settings and under the Private Messaging section, there is a subsection for Sent Messages. Make sure you have selected the option to "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default".
