I know people get waxed.. or at least I think they do in Pakistan but I was wondering how? Do they do it themselves? is there somebody who you can pay to do it for you? do they have to come to your house? Are there any salons that provide these services?
Lets say if I was based in Karachi what would be the price range?

All salons provide waxing service. Prices may vary depending on how big/small the salon is. I know in Islamabad a lady comes to my mami's house to do her waxing but I don't know anyone in Karachi.

My friend gets her whole body waxed in the price of what i had to pay for 1 part at a salon 
. So yah, it depends!

If you go to a salon you can expect to pay around 1500 or 2000 for a full body wax... if you get just your arms or your legs done the cost will obviously be lower. Few people in Karachi get it done at home now, most prefer the salon since it's more convenient. And yes, everyone gets waxed.

when I was in Pakistan, I used to pay only Rs500 for whole body, its very cheap there and you can get it done from any salon and u can also ask wax lady who can come to to your house and do a job in a very reasonable price.

the thing i don't like abt salons in pak is they don't have private rooms but they wax u almost in open, 2-3 clients getting waxed in same room with either a flimsy curtain in between which is kinda embarrassing. everythings so dirty abt pak salons, dunno abt high ends one though. i'll prefer calling some one home or going their home.

I prefer not to have them come to my house since I'll be staying at my in-laws for a few months.
Can most of them speak English? stupid thing to ask I know but when I was in Thailand the ladies I was getting my massages from didn't really speak much English.

I did not find the salons dirty when I was there. In Islamabad I got my waxing done once from a small salon near my khala's place and the girls were super nice there. In Karachi I got my waxing done twice from Shagufta something's salon since it was 2 blocks away from my in laws house. They had a separate room with a curtain in the middle but the curtain was more like a thin wall so I did not feel uncomfortable. I can't remember exactly how much they charged (maybe 3000?) but they did a nice job. If you are uncomfortable just tell them and I am sure they will not let another person in while you are getting your waxing done. One thing to watch out for is them using the same strip over and over again. Ask them to change the strips as often as possible. I've noticed that if you don't say anything they will use the same strip to wax your entire body if they could. That is something I find gross so when I got mine done I always told the lady to change the strip after every 2-3 uses max. They all speak English and are all super nice and an extra 100 rupees can make them do quite a bit to accommodate you (especially in the smaller salons).
I am not sure about the high end salons but I doubt they would be that accommodating.
