He isnt sensitive. A sensitive guy takes everything very seriously, even the things you are angry about and addresses them.
A relationship is a 2-way street and here your concerns are not being addressed nor given any priority...meaning their not important. Also, in a relationship you should be able to lay out whatever you feel without the fear of being judged.
You need to have a talk with this dude and lay it out.
