I have a used cell phone i want to send to someone in Pakistan.

Desi cheapest way is to find some unsuspecting friend or relative and use them as a personal courier service.

Just wait for someone to go, It really isn’t worth spending any $$ on a used phone - perhaps your current one is also old by then, that way that person can get two :hehe:
