Can he out-raise Clintons and generate some enthusiasm in the base? He may not go far, but some of his positions, like the one about universal health care, stand against Citizens United verdict, may become more popular with the centrists within the democratic party.

Clinton has tons of money. And she may win over more conservative democrats…
