currently… the system as it appears to be…
either a public discussion here…which limits the possibilties of things that can be talked about…
or
PM… which is like..one to one communcation…nobody knows whether it makes its way out of the PM and into discussion arena…
so my suggestion is..
there should be some semi-public sorta forum…like where members can interact with management people…but only the member can have access to that thread…
and no unwanted ‘guest’ speakers on the thread… and negative feedback is also not visible to public at large.
