Alright fellow guppies, i got zameen in pakistan, that my evil uncle has been sitting on all my life, ive never had any use for it, no could i be arsed
yes zameen has many benefits, and this and that, but if i ever need to grow crops for rotti and so on, i will always have my brothers land to use, so thats no problem
now the thing is that i have about 10 or 15 vigga zameen in the chakwal district, and it is vandeer, i think thats what the good land is called, i also have much jungle land, but thats not worth selling i think
its estimated to maybe 25.000 or 30.000 dollars, last i checked
we have a numberdaar in our village, which i think might want to buy it from me
but the problem, is that i dont have much trust in pakistanies, and i lost the last bit of it, when my uncle tried to steal our condo 
so if anyone has had experience with selling land, any tips, any warnings, and so on
oh i am 21 btw, and as far i know, the procedure, is get a national ID card, does an overseas card count? and then, i need to find a buyer, whos name, will replace me on the land roster? also some people want to have the land divided, before buying, but i cant be arsed to do that, because i have a horrible family, and they will never want to help me out, esp not with selling the land, they are occupying
so it is possible to sell without dividing first, simply giving up my assets on paper, also like i said, i do NOT trust pakistanies, any way of ensuring myself against fraud? because where i come from, if you get a lawyer, you customer, might buy off your laywer, and get him to scam you haha
