i am trying to help my father in selling his factory/land in Pak. It can also be used as an investment property for people living abroad. My father wants to retire and i am not planning to go back.
what is the best way to find potential buyers for it (both in pak/abroad) ?
i have looked at some websites where you can list it:zameen, olx.
Are there any other places i can advertise ? Also, is it worth getting an agent ? I know about getting an agent here in Amerika but am not familiar with how it works in Pak.
