My Parents have some plots in Pakistan which they are planning to sell. They are most interested in selling some of the plots in Islamabad due to the boost in real estate.
The Stats:
The house is located in Sector E
and the plots are in the 500’s (ie 512, 521 etc..)
The plots are all 500 quare yards.
NOW, My Question : What would be a good price to sell ONE of the plots at?

the land prices have grown to an extend that's unbelievable.
They have'nt been sold yet. They're going to Islamabad in the summer and will check on the properties and decide what and when to sell. Will let you know when it happens.

isnt E 12/2 around 30+ minutes drive from parliment house
no clue - havent been to islamabad for years. might be though.
my fam recently bought a house in I/8 its a new sector new houses, hskhan ask them price, we know some people who want to buy plots in Islamabad!
