It depends on what you find "hot" like ShahreyarK said. For me, i find intense faces attractive and that usually comes with age.

And taking your analogy about men a little further. If you say men are like fine wine, you do know that a) wine is haram - so while it is in it’s wine form, men would be haram for women and b) by the time wine goes through the inquilaab process and becomes vinegar, no one would want it anymore.

Men 35+ and women 35-. And actually lots has to do with how well men or women kept themselves. For example, do they excersize are in shape etc etc.
Also looks and personality adds on to this phenomenon of sell by date as well.
