Why is it with women that no matter how skinny they are they always think they are fat?..
Why do guys have low self esteem and confidence level if they’re skinner than their friends?.. does that make them feel insecure?
What are some of the things one can practice in everyday life to learn to love the way they are?.
PS: girls !!! if guys or ur husband tells u that ure weight is fine.. you need to worry not please!.. stop freaking out. Gaining a bit of weight is not a big deal. Love yourself the way you are and see yourself through other people’s eyes.

What mirror tell me. That I'm beautiful/handsome, gr8, best, excellent among many and less from many.
So I'm a self praiser person. I love myself. Ppl around me love me too and all the time tareef, tareef and tareef. I also don't care about what ppl say or think about me. I know myself I have no hate in my heart for anyone. I don't want anything bad for even my dushman. So yeah I'm gr8. I tell truth, I say truth. I don't take revenge. So I'm gr8.
I don't care about mirror and ppl. I feel remain happy about myself.

Still I want to become gora/gori like like gora/gori. No not nunga punga but complextion. I don't know why I have this love for gori rungut. lol Shayad gori musalman larkiaan attract me a lot and sometimes sanwli too. Sometimes I found more attracted to sanwli larkiaan.
