I often wonder whether the writers of self-help books have their lives “altogether”…if they make the effort to follow their own advice…or if they’re all talk for money.

And I know if it’s off-topic Sara…but what the hell is up with hairdressers with crazy hair…makeup artists with over-the-top makeup…dentists with bad teeth? I think they all need self-help books. =/

Fat dieticians/nutritionists? Doctors who smoke?

most famous example I can think of is the author of the “Rules” book who got divorced. I know for sure she must have faced lots of critciism and backlash.
