Self-Help Books

Have any of you tried reading self-help books to enhance your peace of mind, mentality, negativity, or whatever else you are struggling with? Do these books actually work?

I am talking about books like The Secrets of a Millionaire Mind (best seller on the New York Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal) or books like Chicken Soup for the Soul (I tried that and it didn’t help), books by Deepak Chopra for example or even Anthony Robbins?

Does it help?

Feedback would be appreciated. :flower1:

Re: Self-Help Books

i've read 'radical honesty' by brad blanton..and i recommend it to anybody who cares 2 cents about leading a good life!

its very interesting because it opens up the truth on how we've become so accustomed to lying, we do it unintentionally. and it kills the mind, becuz the mind stops growing.

i did a book report on it, for my psychology class..and yep. the book is good!
