^ That is very true. I can put my finger on many of my friends (here in ireland) who have no problem communicating with others but deep down they do lack self-worth. I don’t know what the psychology behind that may be.

I think people who lack self worth need attention to validate themselves and in order to get attention they build up a super confident and loud exterior?

p.s. i think shrink is american slang for psychologist
