How come nobody opened a thread on passing away of this great singer of the 80’s?
Laura passed away in her sleep Thursday August 26th of a Brain aneurysm.
Any fans out there?

I really liked her songs. :( Her contribution to the Flashdance soundtrack was amazing ..... Gloria ..... I still dance around to that song.
Self Control is another classic. I used to be terrified of the video when I was younger, but only realised quite recently that it's actually quite a sexy video.
Yep, 'self control' video was 'THE video' to watch in those days.
I followed all her songs back in those days...
She was made fun out of for not being able to dance. I think she was alright considering it was 80s and not many people knew how to dance.
She died so young. Did she ever marry?.

Shame, I heard on the news the other day as well. Anyone who listened to music in the 80s would know her. My mum really liked her too.
