How can he have a evidence of something like that happening ?
If the people who were accepting bribes as he said, they will make sure there is no proof of it. It is bribe no receipt is issued and no invoice or bill is raised. It is all under the table. He might have been asked for bribe at his time.

How come we have evidence against Salman, Aamir and Asif?

How come we had evidence against Cronjue?

Hoe come we had evidence against Azheruddin?
