Typically what I would have for dinner. This year I’ve had salan and roti, biryani and coffee.

This year, yogurt with rotating toppings and a boiled egg. Today I had an apple with yogurt. Yesterday, I had granola and banana with yogurt, you get the point haha.

I meant jo bhi ho I’ll eat.. Doesn’t have to be a particular thing. Sehri ka khana is a blessing, so I make it a point to eat or drink something even if it’s just water.

Thats good. Pretty much same here. But I stuff a lot. Few days back i overate in Iftari so in sehri I was full and i ate only two crackers (biscuits) with water. That was the best sehri for me as the whole day passed by without any feeling of hunger. This made me realize I think we overdo sehri. A simple one can also lead to a good day.

I had mango lassi the other day in sehri. Man that was really heavy
