What do you guys have for sehri?
I have chocolate chip cookies and milk. This is easiest to eat. After that, I study for a few hours and my energy is all sucked up:(

I have a glass of skimmed milk and 3 dates.......and alhumdullilah i'm good for the whole day !

I would be fine too. But i am not able to study. I need to keep munching while i am on it:p

if you need lots of energy during the day then eat parathay for sehri. even pita bread warmed in ghee will do if parathay are not available. with parathay have omelette or salan or even yoghurt.

Eat something that contains protein and carbohydrates......as that will keep you full for longer. Examples of filling sehri foods I've heard are daal, haleem, etc.

^ don't worry. Remember there are 3 sawab's. 1 for sehri, 1 for roza, 1 for iftar. You get 2 sawab's of sehri and iftar. Just leaving 1 out of 3. lol.
I have hard time eating anything in sehri. Usually I take fruits and milk. And plentyyyy of water.

I would never be able to eat a heavy meal like paratha in sehri
I eat cereal or porridge.

I usually take a chapati with salan and one glass of milk.

Bread or Paratha with Egg or left-over salan - Chaie and couple of dates....

I always have cereal with milk. Just keep the box on the table and refill your bowl as needed!

A family tradition is paratha with yogurt (sprinkle of sugar on top) .. however recently we've been having parathas with salan. I dont like the havy feeling I have, and by midday I feel hungry. Poached egg with wholemeal toast keeps me going.. however, I've discovered that eating bran flakes with milk keep me full for the whole day!! Before I close my fast, I have a couple of dates, and pop in an almond.
