How about you have a baked potato with a filling- tuna/baked beans/chicken masala. Complex carbs burn slower so keep you going longer.Pasta?Roti salaan?
You could add a banana and some yoghurt too.
I had weetabix and two slices of toast, a glass of apple juice and I haven't felt the roza today alhamdulilah.
