Sehri Suggestions!

hey guys!
i am just new to this forum…my name is anum. and i have a hugee problem!:frowning:
i needd help.. i hate having sehri… even if i get up.. i dun like eating anything at all.. whereas, my whole entire family has.. paratha waratha,like a full meal!.. lol.. i do not understand how can ppl just get up 430am and start eating. like that!!!:frowning:
And everyday, am gettingg yelled that how i dun eat anything and itz not good.. and all that…
so can you guys help me suggest something for sehri..that i can shove in my mouth! and save my self from getting yelled everyday:(…

Jst have a sandwich with a bowl of fruit... dts wt i do sumtyms

bagel with cream cheese

short stack of pancakes with maple syrup

Frozen waffles.......just put them in the toaster and eat. Plus they contain many of the day's vitamins.

Pop Tarts

Eggs (boiled egg, scrambled egg, omelet)

Quiche
**
Breakfast pastry** (danish, scone, muffin, etc) with a glass of milk/juice

Buttered toast with milk/juice and a fruit

English muffin.......put them in the toaster and spread butter and jelly

I feel the same way in the morning, I usually just have fruit yogurt. Its helps because I noticed yogurt alleviates thirst too...

have some cereals or fruit yogurt i have the same problem

my friend wakes up, sips a bit of water, reads namaz and goes back to sleep. she cant eat anything at seri either and has been doing this for years.

or you could eat less at night time so you dont feel full or bloated at seri time.
