They have different interpretation (more precautionary) of this ayat:

Surat Al-Baqarah [2:187] - The Noble Qur’an - ??? ???

And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. Then complete the fast until the sunset.

Illa-Lail has been interpreted as uptil night by Fiqah e Jafria

i heard that adult shi’a Hazraat look at their arms and break fast when they can’t see any hair…i guess it’s just a talk and no truth to it.

Red indian tribes, when wanted to wake up early (before dawn) to attack their enemies during battle, they used to drink lots of water before going to bed. Nature's call would wake them up early in the morning.

If anyone has problem getting up for Sherri, drink 2-3 glasses of water before going to bed. :D
