**gulgule are kinda sweet pakoRe made with guR [jaggery] and sulsule is like small pakoras made from maash kii daal batter and socked in syrup…more like gulaab jaamuns 
i have always LOVED 'em.
fruit chaat and matar chaaT are yum yums :)**
