Sehri...Toast with leftover salan and then a few bites of the roti when my husband thought he could not eat anymore (only because I did not want it to go waste) plus water....

Iftaar....Chicken and rice.
I am thinking of making pakoras too (potato and onions).And maybe will make lemonade alongwith it.

LP, Flaxseed is healthy fat and it keeps one full for longer , helps with digestion , blood circulation and reduces acidity :@:

Missed sehri this morning :(..by the time I stumbled downstairs,it was 20 mins gone,so I just read fajr and crawled back to bed.Now I have a massive headache,and iftari is no where in sight.Pakistan mein hoti toh waha roza khul gaaya hota…yay!

Mashallah .. its a small pakistani/british community in my city and the only social activity is get-togethers so yeah we keep us with inviting each other every few weeks :@:

I missed sehri too this morning though the hunger element is not there but I can feel all dehydrated and weak … but inshallah a few more hours to go … we will be fine :hugz:

Sehri: Pakoras made from leftover rice, juice, tea, water
Iftar: Grilled chicken, Breadcrumb fish, broccoli salad, mash potatoes, juice, water, tea and a piece of rasgoola

Yesterday's sehri: Shaami Kabab, chapati, one khajoor, water.

Yesterday's iftar: fruit chaat, Tang, khajoor.

Dinner: Gobi, daal, rice, Gulan Jamun! :D

suhoor - pan fried toast and joooooooooooosh

iftaar - pakoras, some channa chawal and chicken salan

Ooooh doodh soda! My parents had this the other day, mum had put a 7up in the fridge about a year ago and only just remembered why day before yesterday lol.

Today Sehri - Half a leftover aloo paratha from previous Iftari, a banana, half a cup of water and after the banana half a cup of milk.
Iftari - Roti with keema mattar, chickpea aloo etc chaat, pepsi and a small slice of a store bought bakewell tart.

Today’s sehri: slept :bummer: got to figure out a better system
Iftar at Ammi’s. Spectacular. :smiley: lots of aloo pakoras, chaat, mangos, fruit salad, cherries, dahi bare, cake, cookies, lassi, tea, and little bit of biryani for dinner. :blush:

For sehri Hubby ate parata, omlette, tea, dahi and mango milkshake! I ate porriage with flaxseeds sprinkled on top and a glass of tropicana orange juice.

Today we're invited somewhere. Yay love it when I don't have to cook! Lol.

Sehri: Kofta salan with paratha, fruit chaat

Iftari: creamy potato gratin with chicken and salad

sehri - yoghurt and some juice

Iftar - at a dawat - omg spectacular! im now obese

cholay, dahi baday, samosas, pakoras and vege pastries and fruit chaat

Dinner- pilau, pasanday, chicken karahi, aloo baingan, russian salad and naan

Desser - carrot cupcakes, gulab jamun, mango moose
