Day 1 Iftari: Went to the mosque, had rice, butter chicken, vegetable mix salan, baboosa. Came home and had watermelon, cantaloupe, and kabab with a pita bread.
Day2 Sehri: Egg, toast with butter, steel-cut oatmeal with banana, cinnamon, slivered almonds and brown sugar, herbal tea, water
Day 2 Iftari, keema samosas, falooda with pistachio ice cream, cantaloupe, "pakoras" with yogurt chutney, trifle, chicken taco, coconut water
Day 3 Sehri: Kebab with Taftan, herbal tea, and water
it was paratha & yogurt for sehri and dahi phulkian with chanay and potatoes, black khattay chanay, spring veg-chicken rolls, potato samosa, chicken cheese mini samosa, roh afzah, spinich pakoray, potato pakoray with podinay ki chatni and fruit chat :D
Did u make the chicken cheese pakoras or buy them? What brand?
Day 1 Iftari: Went to the mediterranean restaurant had Shish Tawouk & Chicken Shawarma.
Day2 Sehri: Ath Pahra Roza…nothing in sehri…
Day 2 Iftari; Pakoraz (assorted; shredded onions, spinach, allo, green chillis)
plus had some friends over so made Chicken Sandwiches, Bhelpuri, Haleem, Beef Roll Parathas, with Gulab Jamuns…
Now I should log out before I get hungrier …and start preparing iftari for tonight…
