it was paratha & yogurt for sehri and dahi phulkian with chanay and potatoes, black khattay chanay, spring veg-chicken rolls, potato samosa, chicken cheese mini samosa, roh afzah, spinich pakoray, potato pakoray with podinay ki chatni and fruit chat :D
Iftari - had way more then I wanted/planned on :( Aalo palak pakoray, fruit salad and chicken biryani with raita. InshAllah plan on eating even smaller portions tomorrow.

iftari: iftar party today so....fruitchaat,dahi bhallay,pakoras,samosas,chicken spring rolls,potato cutlets,imli ki chutney,lemonade
and beef chilli for dinner
Yesterday's iftari - Pasta with tomato sauce and cheese, channa chaat and 1 ice lolly plus water.
Sehri today - 1 paratha with honey and 1 boiled egg. Plus 3 glasses of water and a cup of warm milk.
Today's iftari - Roti, channay and pineapple juice.
^ we go every fri/sat/sun…my husband is on the Ramadan committee, lol! Food is good, since we’re a small community, 6 families sign up to sponsor/cater each night .tonight is a Mediterranean menu
Sometimes there is desi Chinese, and then the usual biryani and korma, lol!
