dont eat too much aftaari all together, its better to eat little aftaari, and then have dinner right after isha and taravyaan...

Isn't it a bit difficult to eat sehri when you've had a late filling dinner the night before? We never have a heavy iftari. Actually mostly it's always just dinner we have at the time of iftari. (Even on regular non-ramadan days, our dinner is usually around 6 or max 7pm.) So maybe that could be the reason.
I know people are big on having a good and filling iftari, so I don't know if I'd say to have just dinner, as a tip. But if someone who's in the same boat as me (not being able to eat much during dinner after a filling iftari, and then not being able to eat during sehri 'cuz of eating late the night before), it would definitely help to just have dinner at the time of iftari. (Hope I made sense)
It is funny how we end up eating more in the onth of Ramadan. Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) used to have water and three dates during iftar and a light meal later on the evening.
Reemzy..have something if u cant eat a lot at sehri...anything...even a date..or a glass of milk....coz its sunnah and highly recommended to have sehri...
