Okay so my husband says that he wants our 4 yr old to later on in her education go to a segregated school where girls and boys are seperated
What school.with a good reputation does this? I like roots etc all that have international recognigition with different examination boards like edexcel etc. He thinks the education that he himself had is fine. Me coming from the uk want better. By better I mean higher standard of education.
Or.am.I kidding myself?

Almost all good, established schools where you are segregate at secondary level. Not a big deal imo

Though I went to school (Lahore) quite a few years ago,but it was one of the top-notch school at that time.It was an all girls school.My younger sisters and later on my cousins attended that school and it is still only for girls.Even today I know of good schools (and I talk of only Lahore),where girls and boys are segregated.It doesn't make a difference to quality of education.Many schools have separate branches for girls and boys and follow the same curriculum.Even at undergrad college level,boys and girls generally have separate colleges.And I don't see how boys and girls being segregated will compromise the quality of education they get.It is no big deal!
