Does anyone know if there is a desi agency in America who can help me sell my place in Karachi? I booked it a few years ago but since we already have a house in Karachi I really don’t need it. I have tried agencies in Karachi but it gets to be very hard to co-ordinate showings and I don’t have a family member with “free time” to do this with non serious buyers who just want to look. Any ideas from the class? Here is the description.
It is located on Khayaban Saadi in Clifton Block 3. It is corner flat, sea facing and across from the new Bagh Qasim park. It has 3 bed, 3 baths, DR, DN, servant room and covered parking space. It also has power generators, plenty of water and security personals. Going price in the building for sea facing flat with 3 bedrooms is between 9500000 and 8500000. I am sure it will appreciate more once Sea view is further developed.
