We cannot generlise girls from any of these categories (ABCD, BBCD and PBCD) as seedhi saadhi OR chalako maasi.

It all depends on the tarbiat. A girl born and raised in USA can be a seedhi saadhi and shareef and a girl born and bred in Pakistan can be chalako maasi. Basically people think that girls born and bred outside are more informed, modern, liberal, open-minded, doesn’t care about desi and Islamic values etc and thus they are NOT seedhi saadhi. But that doesn’t make all of them chalako maasis. Similarly, the comparatively less open environment doesn’t make girls raised in Pakistan less chalako maasi.
