Secure Country

:salam2:

Do you think Pakistan in future will be the best country for your children from all angles i.e. Education wise, security wise, economically, financially, racially, religiously etc., etc., and its atmosphere will be save at that time for your children?

Note: In 2001 I visited ‘Regional Passport Office’ which was almost empty means no visitors. Seems to me like these Govt. buildings were abundant ages aago and non visited ever. But now there is very long and huge line for issuance of Passports. Peoples are trying to get the passport ASAP.

So what you think :faizy: Why everyone trying to make his/her passport :5:

Re: Secure Country

Re: Secure Country

Somehow disagree :snooty:

Re: Secure Country

Run a poll regarding if any developed country allows Pakistanis as immigrants, how many will opt to get out from the country?

Re: Secure Country

No need of a poll. Gilani knew it well.

Re: Secure Country

I don't know about other countries but in ME other than Pakistan, Asian country tighten their labour laws as well as amended for best interest in favour of their nationals in foreign country. Many locals can't afford the their demands and that is why the recruitment of Pakistanis increased.

Re: Secure Country

Is it necessary to drag PPP in every thread and convert it to Super Permanent Lotay thread?

Re: Secure Country

I just reminded you that such a survey already exists.

Re: Secure Country

Quite frankly, I am not sure if this is the best country for me and my kids. Its getting really ugly in here. Murders, dacoities (often police backed), robberies, diseases and in short, cheating and deceit in every aspect of life. Pakistanis seem to deceive in EVERYTHING that they can lay their hands on. Nepotism, incompetency, corruption, mercilessness , you name it. We have become like the worst country in the world right now, surpassing the likes of congo and nigeria.

I have been thinking of relocating for some time now. Please spare me the patriotic BS. If they could, 99% of pakistanis would shift abroad tomorrow without batting an eyelid. So much for patriotism. I am sitting here by choice and NO, its not a favor to Pakistan, my country has given me much and I sincerely believe that one should at least give it a try.

So why am I here? I guess I have some hopes that in the near future perhaps better people like PTI will come in power and save this cursed nation from the certain destruction by the help of God. If the PPP d-gs are coming back, I will surely leave my country, hopefully not to return for a VERY LONG time .

Re: Secure Country

^ Unfortunately many people are thinking on the same line...

Re: Secure Country

Snowy_winter, but still the life going on in Pakistan surrounded by all misfortunates, curses, injustice etc., etc., I think those who prefer to live in Pakistan it is not by patriotism but due to freedom. No matter in which country we live but the freedom which we experience in our country never can be experienced in any other country.

Re: Secure Country

^ I respectfully disagree. I sometimes feel like a third grade citizen in my own country.

Re: Secure Country

That would depend on the kind of money I'd have when starting a family. This place is like any other place, if you have enough money and the right kind of connections. However the way things are right now, my finances and the countries general state of affairs, this place doesn't seem too promising.

Re: Secure Country

In the words of Mr Ralph Nader who wrote the famous words for President Kennedy,

**ask not what your country can do for you

ask what you can do for your country!
**

So like the Pakistani “Patriot” Gilani said if they want to leave who is stopping them!

Re: Secure Country

Yeah...complete freedom of movement!

Re: Secure Country

Depends on where you are living in Pakistan :)

Re: Secure Country

If the government fails to provide law and order, security, electricity to its citizens what do you expect?
