no its not a secret if it has been told once or many times.
well if its only told once (to a single person) then it still remains a secret in a way. (told only once doesnot mean telling lots of people just once)

Nope. I think once it leaves your lips, that's it, its no longer yours to keep and so you can't really call it a secret any more. That shouldn't be an excuse to go out and tell more people though, you can't put the toothpaste back in the tube but you can do damage control.
