put tons of chillies and make ppl fire spiting dragons.
Only fire comes out from rear end. lol

add lot of oil, cook (bhoonna---------wrong spelling)well, not 10min about 20 to 30 min and once complete drain excess oil.

desi cooking is nothing without oil so best to cook in oil and drain excess.

Every input has to be fresh - not refrigerated! These things will make it more tasty - yes mithi ki handi, sil batta or hawan dasta, lakri ya char coal burnt stoves!

You can observe the basics from professional nayee who cook daigain for shadi , beyah fotgi etc. The prepare everything on the spot. and use fresh ingredients. Lot of ghee/oil is essential for desi foods but you simply can not make good quality Zarda even if you drench it in oil/ghee. You got to know the step and use quality ingredients.

making tasty Zarda quite difficult, among traditional desi cousine.
