yeah, they find loopholes like they do in the worldly affairs…they try to cheat God in vein, nauuzobillah. they don’t see anything wrong in arranged/manipulated way of doing Halaalah. they cheat NOT God but themselves.
however, i see a reason behind it which of course does NOT justify their act…it happens because the society does NOT seem to approve a second marriage and does NOT look favourably, though it’s allowed in Islam.
