secret of loosing weight!!!!!!!!!!

hi everyone who ever is interested in being healthy i just wante dto share with u lot that what i m doing to loose weight and i ll be updating oftenly what i m doing being to nurse recently and the only secret if a will power if u ve got it then u can do it, it took me a year to put on u know so it wouldnt go quickly , therefore i just need to put in less and burn out more the maths is simple eat but very sensibly i ve chnaged my life style as before i didnt use to watch what i ate eg if i had crisp pack i ll continue eating untill its empty but now i ll ve two or three and then wouldnt even look at it , same would go for full muffin but have one bite which is enough to ve a taste coz in uk foods are rich with high sygars and fats and additives so auotmatically we gain weight every bite we buy food takeaways , so be wise stick to basics , make salans with as much less oil as u can exercise every day its been tn days i ve been doing evry day 30 mins tread mill incline positiona nd weights and gravity walke for 5 mins gradually i ll inshAllah increase it , i initially started with 15 mins. beig active as its spring i ve been keping myself bussy rather sitting on sofa all day infront of tv which is the biggest problem whenver i get time i think about what s there do as i do house work all the time like all ladies do bu house work does make us active cant loose weight with it keep it in mind

its all diet and exercise - theres no short cuts! and drink water! lots of it!

break it in small phrases then read them after having litte pause ok u ll feel better lol
