Ok people , sharing with you the trick of good cooking ..
Fennel seed.. add half tsp fennel into the masala when you are cooking any salan .. add it after the onions are bhuno’ed .. it will drastically change the taste of your salan ..
Methi seeds.. you can chuck in half tsp of methi seeds as well and that will also add a kick to the salan
Concentrated imli in various salans for that tangy flavor. Adds a nice kick when mixed with ketchup. Mint…a few sprigs finely chopped and it adds a refreshing kick to salans, sandwiches, stuffed pastries. The Shan Achar Gosht masala pack…add a bit of that to simple chanay ki daal and it becomes more interesting. And a bit if cream to curries to make em richer…and using tomato paste and as a curry base for a more tangy, creamy, vibrant curry.
