I found this piece quite disturbing…why didn’t they run? Was it shock? Or a lack of comprehension? Anyway click on the link to see the pictures :confused:

Hmm.. i think shock like what's happening and if they have run away then where they have to run??

Goodness these are definitely scary.

I guess it was perhaps their shock...but more was maybe the fact that it was so unbelievable...and a lot of people thought it was just the tide. I dont think these people had a clue that is was a tsunami - or just how serious it was.

I cant get over those videos where some people were being washed away while they stretched their arms out for help.

Black burqas
