This is true and we have to realise that we have a weak (mentally more than physically) team and we are playing the best of the best right in the middle of our rebuilding phase. We have all sort of reasons to be dissapointed on the lack of application and spirit as well, but in reality our team is not a test team at all. We will have to suffer 3-0 or 2-0d, realistically we deserve it.
Lets hope the Adhocism may end and our think tank in PCB start working on two teams in parrallel. We need more turtles in test squad and so far we have found lapaaros one after another who have no taste of a 5 day game. We need more like Salman, Taufeeq, Yohanna and Sami (potent one) who can bat and bowl with consistancy. We do have technically correct and calm guys in the domestic cricket. They either lack Pawwa or don't have good luck. I think if we select technically correct and consistant performers and groom them under a boot camp for test cricket alone for atleast 3 months, we can come up with a good batting side for Tests. We ain't that bad in ODI and we can move some top performers from Test team into ODI team as well to have a blend of both aggression and resistance.
I think all these batsmen should be put to bat for 6 consecutive days, a batsman who gets out more than 3 times without scoring a 100 or 2 times without scoring 50 should be kicked out of the team.
look all yo have to do is fix the domestic cricket system in Pakistan, there is more then enough competition, excellent bowlers there, like imran has been saying, aus produce these cricketers because of the domestic cricket!!!
you evenhave tv sponsorship deals now for domestic cricket, we have to fix the system!

that leads to only one logical conclusion. rest of top order should be beaten up and allowed to bat with an IV hanging by thier heads and split webbings on thier hands.
