Second Test - India vs SA

The second test between the two teams has started - on the first day
SA - 175/4 -all the wickets shared by the seamers

one more down - Dippenar dips!

SA 200/5.

Kallis 85 not out.

Really good hundred by Kallis.

But 227-5 in whole day? SA got an attitude problem now, they dont play for a win. They think only way to stop the losing test matches is to play for draws.

saby yaar, is it SA or india????

i dont think u shud balme SA...
they lost 2 wickets very cheaply early on....
a cautious proceeding after that was alway predictable from any team....

I think its SA. They played last match for a draw, it was evident from the start. They will play this one for a draw as well. and then claim that 0-0 is a good result for a yougn side like theirs.

south africa can really be a tough cookie when they want to be, they recovered well after early loss of wickets. jacq' is a class act. i have always admired his batting, + hashim amla debuted guys! i believe south africa were the 1st team for 13 years to win a test series in india last time they toured 00'. i can't help but feel that fact is playing on dada's mind.

Just cannot get myself to be excited about this Ind-SA series.

Except for a few players(Kallis, Pollock...)...there are no real house-hold names in the side.... Amazing how this team has slided from the days of Kepler Wessels, Kirsten, Donald, DeVelliers, Cronje, Jonty Rhodes.... They looked like the only team that could give Australia a run for its money at one time.....

So what happened ? Is 'Delhi Police' to blame ?

SA 305 All out.
Sehwag and gambhir playing.

India 53/1.

India 129/1

India in a strong position.

Another Draw in sight,,I can't believe SA has lost its venom,,,,

give them a break guys!!!!
on india's turning pitches, they cant be expected to do much if they have no genuine spinners on their side....

not really...I think even the indians got it wrong this time..I didn't see any turners till now...first one was flat and the pitch for the second one has been a dream for bowlers and batsmen.....S.Africa knows they ain't got any resource to win, that's the reason they are shooting for draw..

Ind 192/3 now

What's up with Tendulkar ? He has the tendency to get bowled by mediocre bowlers....in the last test it was to Hall..and this time his furniture is rearranged by Bruyn.

There was a time when Abdul Razzaq took a liking for his stumps.

^
one can only imagine the slump that a batsman of tendulkar's class goes thru to be so easily bowled out....

do u think he has some personal problems that r keeping his mind occupied????

India 248-4

Ganguly 30*
Laxman 5*

Trust me its a lame draw once again ... For sure .... Wicket is'nt getting much of a twist and turn.. India is 5 down and expect them to get only like a 100 more or so and Proteas Are'nt That bad , not able to play out atleast 120 overs after the Indian Inning..

India 293/5

At stumps 359/6.
