The acupuncture or sea band didnt work for me.
I know how u all are feeling, it was so bad for me that I was so desperate that I tried all the tips that Bint just mentioned.
BtW during mornings when my daughter would watch some cartoons before leaving for Kindergarten and I was having the worst nausea and dealing with it, I would sometimes sit beside her and feel miserable, well you know what, now whenever these few cartoons come on the TV I get that same feeling again (its in my brain) and I have to leave the TV room.
Hang in there that latest 14 week its over and then u can enjoy your food again IA.
