With this (my first pregnancy) I had nausea every day, particularly in the evenings, and for the first 14 weeks was vomiting pretty much every day. I thought I would never enjoy food again.
Then gradually it went away.
Now I’m waiting for my pizza and it is taking forever! 
Anyway, I hope it goes away soon. Did you have a boy the first time? There is scientific evidence that says that girls result in higher levels of the pregnancy hormone and therefore more nausea in women that are susceptible.
