Seating arrangement

Hey everyone,

has anyone paid close attention to the whole seating arrangement/chart for the baarat? I’m planning my wedding and am going for the long (buffet style) table set up that seats like 40/50 ppl per table and will have a few but not too many round tables. There will be 350+ ppl at the wedding hopefully i can knock sum ppl off the guest list but seems very unlikely as of right now.

but has anyone ever done the buffet table setup and seating arrangement? was it a success? everyone keeps telling me it wont work since its a “desi wedding” but i want nothing else everyone better sit where they are told or else… :kursi:

anyway please share pics of ur reception setup if u had a different seating arrangement besides the round table seating.

Im going for a similar look but in red gold and a hint of light green since those are the colors of my dress

i think its a great idea, will make the room look elegant, and work! i mean, buffet or no buffet, people can still circulate and this might just make them converse with the people across from them or next to them that they wouldn't normally socialize with.

a pic of one of the sitting arrangements in my wedding. We also had a couple of sofa sets (7 seaters ) at different places and Takht with a carpet on it also!
