While the clowns we call politicians (including those in half or full wardi) are brewing up their topi dramas, I am glad someone is paying attention to law and order. That is “Islamabad Police”.
Since the 1st of August it is unlawful to drive while on your cell or without seat belts in Islamabad. Woohoo! Shukar hay, safety is being considered.

ahmedjee yar 80% of the cars arent equipped with seat belts, tu phir is law ka kya fayda? Aaj tak kabhi bhi islamabadi police mujhe sarak par roq nahee saki, they only go after truckdrivers, cabbies, buses, for their daily rishwat.

People are already getting fined for using cell phones while driving, in Lahore.

nice effort , i must say , b/c safety esp on road is # one right of civilians ,
but i agree with spock regarding seat belts, there r cars ( usually old models)which doesn'y have any
