How do u search for someone, when they don’t have any posts? I remember a while ago there used to be a big search just for members (not posts) but can’t seem to find it now?

You click on the search button it opens the search field . At the bottom you will see Advanced search click on that it will open the search screen you are looking for. It is still there but hidden like this.
