hey...i was flipping through my recipie book and i came across the recipe for resha gosht...here it is...

meat-1 kg boneless
oil-3/4 cup
salt tp taste
red chilli flakes/crushed-1 tbsp
garlic-3 cloves...roughly crushed in big chunks...:S

anyways...erm,...tender the meat and "resha" it
put oil in the pan and put garlic in it and brown it and then put the meat in...! den salt and chilli...:)

thats all it says here in my book....:)

i think my aunty wrote this recipie from tv or something 5-6 years ago....
