I want to get a few kameezes stitched. I had a lady in NY who used to sew them for 18 bucks and she moved back to Pakistan. Do you guys know any seamstress who will sew plain kurtis if I give her the kapra from a fabric store. I need it to wear around the house so nothing fancy shmancy. Help a girl out!!!

I can get it from Pakistan but it always ends up costing me more n it takes more than a few days.

Hey, I've been recommending Daaman (www.daamandesigns.com) to literally everyone these days! They have loads of long kameezes and tunics (I ordered 3 online recently) and seriously, it's such a blessing - no more tailor hunts! I'm so glad Pakistani brands are FINALLY setting up online stores!
