But does it mean they should now be allowed to peruse their goals if the government made some mistakes in dealing with them?

Any way, the game is much beyond TUQ who is merely a tool. The next tool is going to be MQM who will most probably join these dharnas due to the presence of 2 arrested suspects in ISI custody..
